Dear CT Basement Systems,  I found this old check going through some paperwork -- it reminded me of the awful problems we used to have with water in our basement. At first it was only when it rained heavily or for several days, but it got to where we had leaks almost every time it rained. We were trying to keep an office down there, along with my guitars & my wife's collections of what-nots; it got to the point that we had to move everything upstairs. I used to sit in my office at work while it was raining, wondering if the basement was flooding -- or waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of rain, going down to the basement, and finding the water seeping in. It just got worse and worse. Then we decided to call CT Basement Systems. I did most of the pre work, moving stuff around, making the 4' clearance around the parameter. The one Friday your guys showed up -- I got home from work and the dust & racket was unbelievable. But within an hour, they were done and with the clean up they did, it was like they were never there.  Except for the wonderful French Drain and sump system yo u installed. That was 14 years ago, and we have not had a drop in the basement since. Not during Sandy, not during horrendous rainstorms, not ever.  But what we really got was peace of mind -- during rainstorms, my wife and I still look at each other and say that calling CT Basement Systems was one of the best decisions we ever made.  So it may be a little late at 14 years, but your system has stood the test of time and we want to thank you for your wonderful project, your professional installers, and the peace of mind we now have -- who knew a cozy, dry basement would mean so much?

I had my basement waterproofed by CT Basement Systems and was referred to Dr. Energy Saver for air conditioning. I will definitely reccommend your work to friends. 

My basement was flooded so I got the Basement Systems services. I checked out other brands but I like their salesman the best. He was more knowledgeable and cuts through all the minutiae. The contract says that the installation team will lay an exterior pipe 15 feet away from my house so the water will get pumped out. It was disappointing because that 15 feet was underneath my deck. The interaction with them was fine but I wished somebody would have said, "you realized this is going to do this to your garden." Nevertheless, the follow-up has been excellent. They were clean, quick, efficient and I can't ask for more than that. The basement system is doing what it's supposed to. It's pouring rain now but the basement is dry.
