To Whom It May Concern: Since I've had my basement waterproofed by Basement Systems it has been bone dry. No more pumping out, no more musty odor. It is now a pleasure to use my space downstairs. My biggest regret is, not having it done years ago. Thank you Basement Systems.

The information was explained well. Rick was very friendly and answered all my questions. Very professional work ethic. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. They crew was on time and very neat. I had my basement waterproofed by CT Basement Systems and was referred to Dr. Energy Saver for air conditioning. I will definitely reccommend your work to friends. 

My basement was flooded so I got the Basement Systems services. I checked out other brands but I like their salesman the best. He was more knowledgeable and cuts through all the minutiae. The contract says that the installation team will lay an exterior pipe 15 feet away from my house so the water will get pumped out. It was disappointing because that 15 feet was underneath my deck. The interaction with them was fine but I wished somebody would have said, "you realized this is going to do this to your garden." Nevertheless, the follow-up has been excellent. They were clean, quick, efficient and I can't ask for more than that. The basement system is doing what it's supposed to. It's pouring rain now but the basement is dry.

I wanted to call in and tell you how wonderful Berto and the rest of the team were. I'm very, very happy, and I was given amazing service. 

Jorge is the ideal service tech. You guys should try to clone him.

The basement crew came over yesterday. There wasn't as much noise or dust as I expected. The installation went very well and I'm pleased with the work, inside and out. The guys did a great job and I will gladly recommend All Things Basement as THE solution for  water problems.      I had an electrician come over today  and he's going to install two outlets.    He was also impressed with the work of your crew.     Dealing with All Things Basement has been a pleasure, from start to finish. Mrs could not have been happier with the service tech Brendan. She said normally she is a complainer but he did such a great job that she had to let us know. She said he is a rarity, very pleasant, polite and thankful person. She could not express how happy Brendan is to work for CT Basement Systems and how great of a company it is. Jokingly she added that if she had a daughter Brendan's age she would have gotten his number. She liked him that much.

Justin cleaned seven pumps and I'm so impressed. I really appreciated his dedication to social distance. I'm very happy with the work.
