A year ago I called for a free-estimate on a sump pump install. Cynthia came at the scheduled time and was very thorough with the estimate and answered all my questions. I told her that I needed to get finances in order before scheduling an install. She did follow up with me, but there was no pressure. A year later, I did call to schedule the install. The two installers were on time, very professional and very, very neat! The project was completed in several hours and I now feel the security of knowing that I am prepared and will not have a flooded basement as has happened before. Thanks for your great work. I received your warranty package and since i don't have a computer I'm writing to you regarding your system. I am very pleased with the system you installed. Previously i had been removing water from my basement for three weeks and that's not an easy job for someone who is 80 years old. But since you installed this system i have not had to worry about rain because i know i am covered thanks to you! Allan and his team did the drain, sump and exterior work this week and Rafael should be doing the walls and floor today and tomorrow. I've got admit, I'm more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work! It's not done yet, but I'm thinking it will look pretty darn good when finished! I'm glad I'll finally have a livable space again and won't have to worry about my health when washing clothes!

A year ago, we needed to have a damp crawl space covered up. Because I have used Basement Systems years ago with a different home, I decided to get their service again. The installation team was excellent and explained the process to me. Since then, the upstairs above the crawl space is much drier.
