Hi Bill, Ed and I want to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff at Connecticut Basement Systems for your efficient, timely, courteous and professional help is solving the serious water problem that developed in our house ( a Raised Ranch) in Feb. 2011. From my first communication with Denise at the Call Center approximately 2.28.11, everyone was helpful. Denise arranged for you to come out that day to survey the problem. While you were in Niantic, Madison is not that close, and Ed and I were so relieved and greatly appreciated the efforts extended by you and Denise that made it possible for you to come so soon. You gave us a thorough introduction to the system we needed and we were not rushed or pressured in any way with regards to our eventual decision to go ahead with the sump pump system installation. While cognizant of our emotional and physical fatigue due to almost 2 weeks of round-the-clock pumping, your measured and calm presentation and answers to our questions greatly helped us when we needed it most. Your efforts to move up the date of the installation will not be forgotten by us any time soon. We thank you for that, and for Jen in Production's ability to move our installation date up to 3.7.11. The crew that did the installation were also courteous and professional and thorough. We lost our power about five minutes before they arrived, and as I answered the door in tears, the crew were solicitous and assured us they would wait "a while" to see if the power returned...which it did in about ten minutes. The crew was also fastidious in clean-up and other than new cement and the pump and its pipes, our garage and front yard did not even look like any project had been done!...another indication of a fine company at work. Your follow-up with us Bill was another indication of the thoroughness I spoke of earlier with regard to your professionalism and that of your company. Ed and I feel very secure with the system installed and the assurances Connecticut Basement Systems provides for maintenance and servicing of the system. So again, thank you all for helping one family save their family room, a bedroom and bath from total destruction by water. We are grateful.

We were very satisfied with the job Basement Systems did for us. The crew was great and listened to what we had to say. We were also very pleased that when we made some minor changes Basement Systems did not try to "nickel and dime" us.

Bill Anderson did a fantastic job assessing the problem walking us through alternative solutions. Larry's robust website and pre-sales mailings prepared us well to engage Bill on the key system questions when he arrived. I expected and received the best crew I could have hoped for...professional installation and a very clean job (seamless transitions to the original basement floor) - we could hardly tell a system had been installed. Your electrician did a great job too! I realize you were behind with all the bad weather this fall, but it took two months to have your electrician come out and finish the job (switching from extension cords to hard wiring & generator hookup). I had to call Bill to prompt the electrical work. Worth the wait though, as your electrician's service was every bit as professional as the installation crews - we were very impressed. It also didn't hurt that the bill came in $2,000 below your original estimate - we appreciate the integrity. Your system has solved a serious water problem that had developed in a basement that hadn't leaked in 45 years, working flawlessly to keep us completely dry through several major storms this fall. Thanks for making our basement a useable part of our home again, and bring on the spring melt! In closing, I have never seen a combination of professionalism, quality system components, and attention to detail like this before in a contractor.
