Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before, this Shelton home had a water problem in the basement. Water would seep through the wall and floors, causing dark water marks on the wall and a mess of water to clean up. The homeowner wanted a healthy, dry basement. After doing a thorough internet search, he trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to provide a solution for his basement. 

The solution was to install a WaterGuard system paired with a SuperSump pump and CleanSpace liner. The WaterGuard system is installed internally around the perimeter of the basement, where it collects water before it enters the area. The water will be channeled to the SuperSump pump where it will be discharged away from the home. The CleanSpace liner that is applied to the wall will prevent any water or moisture seepage from coming through the wall. Not to mention it gives the basement a clean, fresh look. The homeowner was pleased with the results of his dry basement!

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to work on the installation. They began by installing our WaterGuard drain system around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest point of the basement. These two systems work together to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry all the time!

This basement was taking on water. We installed a Waterguard and SuperSump Pump system to remove that water. Then we put in a Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier to keep the air dry and comfortable. On the outside of the house we installed a Iceguard to prevent water backup incase of pipe freezing during winter.

The old sump pump in this house was inadequate. It didn't pump enough water out of the home to keep it dry, and its lack of a lid meant that water could just evaporate back into the basment and make it more humid. In its place, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe, in addition to having an airtight lid, features three different pumps for maximum protection against flooding. The homeowners can rest easy knowing that their basement will not flood, even in heavy rain!
