Before & After

The homeowners in this Bridgeport, CT home had an old metal rotting window. The window was not only an eyesore but it also allowed water to come in and had begun to damage the wall and floors. We installed one of our EverLast™ Windows to give it a facelift that will never rot, rust, decay, or need any paint. The purpose of a basement window is to bring natural light into the basement and if the windows are rotted and covered with debris then they are not doing their job.
With a clean, leak-proof window in their basement that lets in more light, the homeowner could not be any happier.
A homeowner in Oxford, CT was getting water in their crawlspace and decided it was time to get this problem solved as it was causing a lot of damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us come out and fix this issue. After scheduling an appointment, it would then be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Steve Machnicz, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide the proper solution for the job.
Once the job was proposed, it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Noel Harvey, and his team to tackle this project. They installed a SuperSump Plus to collect any water that comes into the crawlspace. This will be pumped out of the home through a discharge line. They also installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier around the whole crawlspace to protect it from water damage and to direct any water coming in from the walls into the sump pump. They even installed SilverGlo insulation on the walls to protect this crawlspace and keep it energy efficient. Now this space is waterproofed and the customer no longer has to worry about future water damage.
A homeowner in Oxford had water seepage in their basement so they called us to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Jorge Tomas, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution.
Then, not long after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard Drainage system around the perimeter of the basement, below the floors, to collect water that is coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. With these systems, this basement will stay dry and the homeowner will no longer need to worry about water in the basement.
A homeowner in Oxford, CT was getting water seepage in their basement so they contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Doug Wheeler, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system.
Soon after, our Foreman, Al, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture water seepage. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. Our TrenchDrain was also installed at basement entryways to capture any seepage from above the floor.
Now this basement will stay completely dry and the homeowner has great peace of mind.
This basement was taking on water. To fix this issue we installed our Waterguard system around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard system allows water a channel to the sump pump without flooding the basement.
