Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

When it was time for the installation, one of our Foreman, Allan Guglielmoni, and his crew took charge. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system beneath the floor to capture incoming water. Then, they put in our TripleSafe Sump pump to efficiently remove water from the home. They also added our Trench Drain to cover doorways, hatchway entrances, and similar entry points, collecting water through its openings and directing it to the sump pump. Lastly, they installed our CleanSpace Wall System, a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that prevents leaks and mold growth. Now, the basement is completely dry, and the homeowner can be worry-free!

After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution without waterproofing systems to keep their basement dry all the time. 

Soon after the proposal was accepted, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew would tackle the installation of this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the perimeter of the floor. This collects water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed one of our most reliable and strongest pumps, the TripleSafe. This will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance through a proper discharge line. They also installed a half wall of CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect from moisture and to lead any water coming in from the walls into the WaterGuard. Now this basement will stay dry all the time. 

In this basement we installed our CleanSpace wall liner. We also replaced the windows with Everlast windows, which are more energy efficent then the old ones.
