Tonya Dzwonkowski reached out via email and by phone a number of times and she always seemed really polite and friendly! Unfortunately, due to my own schedule I didn't get the chance to talk to her but that wasn't for her her lack of trying! That was on me. She seemed very nice and even though I didn't get to call her back, I felt as though if I needed something she would have been very open and willing to help with whatever questions I might have had!

Thanks for all of your assistance in making this a painless project!  We had a plumbing failure that flooded the space...had we gone with another company, about 20-30% of what we had just had built in the basement would have been wasted and needed to have been redone, and instead, no big deal.  And give thanks for choosing CT Basement Systems products over regular wood and dry wall!

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to have Eric Ardito as the Production Foreman on my basement finishing project. His customer service was outstanding as he put tremendous effort into making sure I was completely satisfied with the work being done.   Eric's knowledge of the business is very extensive...the man knows his stuff! He was generous in offering alternative ideas and suggestions from the original plan and was so easy to work with when we decided to make changes. He communicated with me every step of the way and was so approachable when it came to asking questions.   Eric's work ethic was amazing! He and his team members showed up every day and worked hard while paying attention to the finest of details. He set a great example for his co-workers and always gave them credit for "the team effort" it took to do the job. Eric is so good at what he does on all aspects of this kind of work, yet he is humble.    When Eric and his crew finished the job, the clean up was spotless and the space just sparkled. They should be very proud of the work they did under his leadership and know what a very satisfied customer they have.

Sheldon and his crew were great. Sheldon obviously takes pride in his work and he was great about it when we made a modification partway through, even though he had to re-do some things.

Alicia, Rob, & Vin, Sheldon and Keyvon just left. Basement finishing is done. These guys did an awesome job! My wife and I are so pleased! Thank you all, so much, for everything. We are so happy with the job you've done, the finished product, and the kindness and professionalism by everyone. Not enough great words can be said. We will be talking about all of you for years. Our basement looks absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the end results.   The two gentlemen that did our basement are an asset to your company, they are very professional, polite and courteous. Please make sure to let them know that we are very pleased with their work and ethics! Kudos to them for their integrity and professionalism!!!  Everyone we dealt with at your company treated us well and with respect and extended themselves to meet our every needs! They did an exceptional job. They couldn't finish outside because of the snow - so they will be back in the spring.

Dear Bill, The work was completed this morning, with the exception of the new electrical panel that Joe will put in for us tomorrow morning.  I just want to tell you that we have only the highest praise for Rich and the entire crew.  Everything was done with such fine craftsmanship and expertise, let alone neatness and total attention to every detail.  We are truly thrilled with the transformation of our former "dungeon" to a beautiful and extremely useful room.  Even the areas outside of the room are so much more user-friendly now, and we are so pleased that the backs of the walls they installed are of the same beautiful material as the inside.  So.....thank you for all the time, thoughtfulness and work you put into the planning and details.  It was a great success.  Our final inspection(s) will take place the morning of Dec. 31st.  I wish you and all of "the guys" a very merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.
