Yes everything looks great!  We cannot believe how efficient Tibor and his team were as well as Tom.  It looks beautiful, beyond our expectation.  We just sent in the second payment the other day, not realizing how fast they would finish.   We do have the certificate of completion and will get it back to you ASAP.  No problem for Tom to come next Tues or Wed.  We only ask that he doesn't come Thursday, neither one of us can be home.   It has been a wonderful experience working with you all.

I am writing this letter to tell you how lucky you are to have Rick Raucci and Angel working for you. I just had my basement completed last week and want to say these two guys are special people. I have had a couple projects done in my home, a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new skylights and your two employees by far were the BEST to work with. They both went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was done right. Rick did my daughter's house five years ago and she told me to call him and boy am I happy I did. Angel and his boys were great the three days they were here. I have already called their boss Jen to tell her how special they are but I thought you should know also. We had the floors completely redone with Connecticut Basement Systems' Thermal Dry flooring. The combination of tiles and carpeting was perfect for our large basement. In addition, we had a sump pump installed as well as a SaniDry dehumidifier. The work was done on time and the people who installed all the systems were well qualified and efficient. We could not be happier with the results.
