I returned from vacation only to find my basement flooded. I called several water-proofing companies who rudely in "invaded" my home and tried to sell me a job, ranging from $7,000 to $24,000. Only Basement Systems acknowledged that my problem was not an outside problem (it came from a broken water-heater!) and suggested minor, but worthwhile improvements. These were done (with a minor glitch: the ordered part did not fit and had to be reordered!). But I was very pleased with the company and its representatives and can recommend their services.
