We had an overflowing utility sink situation in the basement yesterday because I had mistakenly plugged up the drain while the washing machine was running. The water ran right down into the Sump Pump, flushed out, and then the Sedona dehumidifier kicked on. The floor went from a puddle to completely dry in about 45 minutes. I couldn't believe it -- thank you so much again!

Basement system from the downspout of our Gutters to a temporary fix with outside piping running downhill to our backyard.  He tested the water flow from the inside sump pump and all worked well.He also put us on a ‘cancellation list’ for the Ct. We just used Ct. Basement to upgrade our basement from "dungeon" to presentable. As we are preparing to move in the next year or two we didn't want to incur a huge expense but still wanted it to look clean and not scary for potential buyers. Working with Jimmy, the customer representative, was a pleasure! He was very professional, responsive and friendly. He really understood what we wanted and worked with us on meeting our budget. The company has a large array of basement solutions and he helped us narrow them down to the right one. Once we signed the contract, he gave us a start date and the work began exactly on time. The crew was excellent - even coming up with a solution to a small concern and completed the job in less time than planned. We are thrilled with the result!
