The whole experience was unbelievably good from start to finish. The company gave me the name of the field tech consultant at the time I made my appointment and followed up with a short biography in the mail. They also sent me a handbook educating me on basement water issues. The tech called me the night before our scheduled appointment to confirm the date and time and to give me his cell phone number. He arrived promptly and acted professionally throughout his visit. He found the most cost-effective waterproofing solution to my problem and was able to spec out my job at my house and set up a time to do the work. The crews arrived promptly, worked professionally, and left my home spotless. The job looks great, too. I can't believe that I am writing such an effusive review for a waterproofing job, but this is as close to perfect customer service as you get. Prince was very professional and friendly! He explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions! Prince made sure everything was cleaned and put back after he finished the job!

From day one they were very professional and courteous. I sent my inquiry in via the website and got a call back the same day. The office schedules an inspection and in the mean time, they mail an information package and educational book. Of the six companies I had come to see the space and give me their proposal, Connecticut Basement Systems inspector, Ralph, came with no pressure. He presented to me their solution to solve my issues and didn't try to upsell me on anything. The crew arrived on time as promised. They worked very efficiently and hard. The foreman would periodically come get me and show me what they were doing and explain why. At the end of the job the space was left broom-swept clean and neat. No more wet basement and the dehumidifier is working much more efficiently and running less. The house feels less humid upstairs and the basement space looks better too (clean space is white!) Connecticut Basement Systems comes highly recommended!

Would do it again in a heartbeat. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable to have in my home. Customer service was amazing - wish other companies worked this hard they would have much happier clients. Price wise the job was competively priced but affordable. The system I purchased perfect for rectifying the water issues in my home. Also only company I had found that was willing to back their work with a warranty.

Our experience was top notch, we had a knowledgeable professional come in and explain in detail everything they were going to do. He also explained how it was all going to work which was interesting to hear. The day of the job my wife and I were both at work. I believe the team got there at 8:30am and when I got home at 5:00 they were wrapping things up. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up what they had done.
