This note is in reference to Rich, one of your Service Technicians that came out to our house today to look at a problem we were having with our sump pump. Your organization should be proud to have such a knowledgeable, well-spoken and extremely personable employee. He clearly loves his job and very rarely do I run into Service Technicians with any organization that truly care about the customers. Even though it was at the end of the day he was not rushing to "get to the next customer" . . . he listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly. Rich is a true asset to your organization and should be commended for the confidence he portrays while doing his job well. Basement Systems obviously not only has the best waterproofing systems but also some of the best staff in your industry. Again, it was a true joy to deal with Rich. Thank you!

The installation crew was very friendly and nice when they came out to do the job. And not only that but they were nice enough to come back and reconfigure the gutter for us for no extra charge! They incorporated our gutter so that it the water flows out into the exit drain for the sump pump... great job! Thank you!

Attention Scott, I purposely held off writing you this note because it's been so dry and I wanted to see what would happen in a heavy rain. We did finally get an overnight downpour and I was happy to see my cellar dry as a bone.  I am really pleased with the job the crew did. They were in and out sooner than I expected and left the cellar clean. I wanted to thank you for the waterproofing services your company performed to our basement.  We contacted Connecticut Basement Systems and were comfortable the moment we met your specialist.  He took the time to thoroughly inspect the basement, listen to our questions and concerns and walk us through the entire waterproofing process.  Following his inspection and presentation we agreed to complete the project.  We opted to finance a portion of the project and by the time he left our house that day, we received a copy of the written estimate, knew the scheduled start date for the project and monthly payments to finance the project.  Your specialist was always available to answer all my questions before the work was completed.  Your crew was both polite and efficient.  Since the project has been completed we have noticed there is no longer a strong damp odor from the basement and the humidity throughout the basement is now normal. The basement is TRULY DRY!  Your specialist should be commended for his hard work in providing exceptional customer service.  I will be glad to promote Connecticut Basement Systems to anyone with waterproofing issues.
