A family located in Riverside, CT expressed a desire to expand their basement, creating additional living space. Reaching out to the trusted experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance, they scheduled a free in-home consultation with Sales Representative Vincent Orsini.
Following Orsini's visit, he provided a proposal for work which was accepted by the homeowner. Foreman Antonio Diaz arrived with his team shortly after to begin the installation process. BrightWall wall panels were installed to maximize light across the space, while serving the purpose as a vapor barrier as well. Lastly, Elite Plank flooring was installed across the basement, finishing off the space into an additional comfortable living space for the family!
This Stamford home had water damage on the walls due to water seepage. The walls were then becoming moldy and this concerned the homeowner. Wanting a solution, she decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems.
The solution for this basement was to install EverLast Finished Wall Restoration System to the basement area. The lower section of the basement wall would be replaced and will prevent mold and moisture from growing. These panels are framed with steel studs, insulated with waterproof rigid foam and finished with vinyl-faced cement and PVC molding. Not only is this product effective, but it looks great in a basement. This is the solution this homeowner was looking for and was pleased with the results!
