Our team performed the electric, plumbing, and finishing of this basement in Stratford CT. The walls were done with TBF's very-own patented Everlast Wall panels. TBF wall panels combine a vinyl-covered, hard cement board with high-density foam insulation to create an extremely water resistant basement wall panel.

One of our System Design Specialists, Ferdinand Gojani, came out, and quickly surveyed the damage of her floors. After we addressed the seepage for Marcia, she asked us to install our ELITE Plank Flooring. Our expert foreman, Chavon Bowman, came out, and quickly got to work. Elite Plank Flooring is made from completely inorganic material, meaning its not susceptible to water or mold damage. They are insulated, so they create a thermal break which feel as much as 10 degrees warmer than the floor below it. It is also available in a darker and lighter shade, so you can pick what works best for your basement!

A homeowner in Shelton, CT had an old basement that needed an upgrade. They wanted to have it finished, so they called our Total Basement Finishing team of Connecticut Basement Systems. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, met with the customer in their home to understand their wants and needs for this finishing project. Vin helped them develop a plan and design to ensure the homeowner gets just what they're looking for. 

Then the Project Manager, Dan Medina, approved the plan and assigned the job to one of our Foremen, Noel Carty. 

Noel and his team would then get started on the installation. They installed our EverLast perimeter wall system. These walls are insulated to keep the space's temperature regulated. They also have a beautiful clean look that will look great in any basement. They also installed Elite Plank flooring in dark walnut. These look really nice in contrast to the lighter walls. They also installed new doors and added the trim to the whole basement, tying the whole look together. Now this customer is happy seeing that their basement is a beautiful space that can be lived in and used to its full potential.

He installed new doors and linen ceilings. For flooring, he installed carpeted ThermalDry flooring, which will keep this floor up to 10% warmer.
