I had a crack in a foundation and water was coming through it so I contacted Basement Systems to fix it 18 months ago. Their warranty made the business for me and when they sent out their installers, they said they couldn't do the original things I wanted them to do because of the way the crack was. So they used another method which I was trying to find out when I was getting in touch with them. The part that they fixed has now dried and I haven't had water coming through there anymore. The repair that they did has been good.

Your salesman Rainer was great! He was very knowledgeable and his system design seemed far superior to that of other companies. The crew worked very hard and the system works great. My basement is dry as a bone now!
