Today I had a lot of anxiety meeting Bret. We have had a lot of sales people come through our house lately for different home projects and they have not been good experiences. Today's experience was so different. I asked him how I could report our terrific visit to his supervisor, or to fill out a survey on his behalf. He was (#1)honest, (#2) didn't try to hustle us or rip us off, (#3) and handled my anxiety with humility and grace. He was everything a home sales visit should be - nonstressful! There was a stark contrast between your company and other companies, albeit not in the same business, on how your employee treated us and I believe a testimony to your business principles. So thank you for a wonderful visit.

This note is in reference to Rich, one of your Service Technicians that came out to our house today to look at a problem we were having with our sump pump. Your organization should be proud to have such a knowledgeable, well-spoken and extremely personable employee. He clearly loves his job and very rarely do I run into Service Technicians with any organization that truly care about the customers. Even though it was at the end of the day he was not rushing to "get to the next customer" . . . he listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly. Rich is a true asset to your organization and should be commended for the confidence he portrays while doing his job well. Basement Systems obviously not only has the best waterproofing systems but also some of the best staff in your industry. Again, it was a true joy to deal with Rich. Thank you!

The installation crew was very friendly and nice when they came out to do the job. And not only that but they were nice enough to come back and reconfigure the gutter for us for no extra charge! They incorporated our gutter so that it the water flows out into the exit drain for the sump pump... great job! Thank you!

Mike Lane came to our house and did a wonderful presentation on his laptop. We really like the fact that you offer a warranty on your work. Your team was nice to come back and reconfigure the gutter for us in the corner where our old 40 gal tank heater was. They incorporated our down spout into the exit drain for the sump water at no charge to us. Great Job - Thank You!

Dear Mr. Janesky,  I would like to commend David Duncan, a Service Technician who has come to my house to examine a water SumpPump that was not working very good at the time. David Duncan was very knowledgeable and from what I observed a hard worker in working on my Sump Pump system -- explaining the problem and fixing the problem. I found David to be a very honest and caring person and it is good that you have good people like David working for you. David explained everything about the system to me in a very professional manner. Again, I would like to salute David of Connecticut Basement Systems. You have a good man working for you.  

George did a great job! I would recommend him to anyone and request him anytime we need service. George did a fantastic job! He was polite and informative. He took us through each step of the process. George was conscientious and diligent. Our crawlspace is not a picnic, but George did his job with a smile.

Attention Scott, I purposely held off writing you this note because it's been so dry and I wanted to see what would happen in a heavy rain. We did finally get an overnight downpour and I was happy to see my cellar dry as a bone.  I am really pleased with the job the crew did. They were in and out sooner than I expected and left the cellar clean. The installations look great and I am sure they will do the job of keeping my cellar dry.  Thank you, Roxane Wilson Ps: Everyone who has seen that finished portion of my cellar has sad "wow what a great job".

These guys were amazing. Antonio, Manny, and Mario arrived on time and got right to work! Then they stayed well beyond quitting time to finish up the job. Everything worked out perfectly with no cement dust upstairs!!!
