Dear Mr. Janesky,  I would like to commend David Duncan, a Service Technician who has come to my house to examine a water SumpPump that was not working very good at the time. David Duncan was very knowledgeable and from what I observed a hard worker in working on my Sump Pump system -- explaining the problem and fixing the problem. I found David to be a very honest and caring person and it is good that you have good people like David working for you. David explained everything about the system to me in a very professional manner. Again, I would like to salute David of Connecticut Basement Systems. You have a good man working for you.

Attention Scott, I purposely held off writing you this note because it's been so dry and I wanted to see what would happen in a heavy rain. We did finally get an overnight downpour and I was happy to see my cellar dry as a bone.  I am really pleased with the job the crew did. They were in and out sooner than I expected and left the cellar clean.
