CT Basement installed a dehumidifier and waterproof flooring in our basement in Essex. The crew, led by Krzys, was careful and thorough.The flooring looks great. We had a small issue with removal of some previous carpeting, which was promised but could not be done after all. Mike McCarty, sales manager, was very helpful in resolving this issue to our satisfaction.

You did an excellent job! I was very impressed with your instillation crew. They were very neat and very professional and they stuck to the schedule that we outlined. Your office staff was always helpful and never too busy to answer a question. Your salesman was very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I did my own research and looked all around to find the right company to do the job and you were the best out there.

The Sedona dehumidifier is fantastic! Salesman Micah Smith came to the house, did a thorough evaluation of the problems, and gave a no-pressure estimate of the work to be done. Basement refinishing will be undertaken at a later date, but for now one of the most pressing problems was the humidity (79%!). The smell permeated the 1200 square foot basement, and even after a few minutes in there, clothes and skin were clammy; the few stored items were covered in mold, and moisture and smell were seeping upstairs.   Micah described the Sedona and I had my misgivings: I hadn't researched dehumidifiers and the cost was surprising. However, I trusted him and felt comfortable making the purchase. Now that I have the Sedona and have experienced what it can do, I would pay twice as much (don't tell Larry). Within hours water was surging out of the hose that Micah had to run outside because there is no drain. I was out of the house for the rest of the day and evening, but when I returned home the smell was almost completely gone. The next day I put a five-quart container under the hose and had to empty it from time to time.   The smell is completely gone, the basement feels dry, the air is clean. I can't say enough about this amazing dehumidifier. I strongly and wholehearted recommend it!

I would like to thank Garfield who came to install a drain line and really thought that groundwater was not the issue. He ended up not doing any install - I called my plumber back for a second look when he indeed found a water leak. - thank you so much Garfield for being diligent, honest and aware of the actual issue.

I just wanted to put in a good word for Eric Ardito, because he really took care of me. He went above and beyond to repair damage to my ceiling, even though that was not part of the project he was working on. In addition, he always communicated well with me to make sure I knew my options, and that I was happy with his progress. I was really pleased with both him and the crew.

We had the pleasure of having Allan Guglielmoni and crew worked on our basement yesterday. They did Great job and completed it in one day. The basement looks great and completely dry. I love it. Thank you Allan and crew!
