I am a current customer. I had to tell you that you replaced my existing sump pump with the battery back up sump. We lost power of about 12 hours yesterday and let me tell you that the battery back up worked very, very well. It was so comforting to know that we didn’t have to worry. You guys are awesome! I’ve learned in my travels that you can be good or cheap NOT both. I would recommend you guys to anyone!
