Hi Cary - I just wanted to touch base with you.  The foundation crack was filled yesterday, and I apologize for not remembering his name, but the man who came to do the work was WONDERFUL.  He was very pleasant and communicated everything prior to starting the work, and did a very thorough job.  He showed us the finished product and asked if we had any questions.  He cleaned up everything when he was done and I am thrilled that we won’t have water pouring in anymore!The crew here today to put in the drainage system is led by Alan Guglielmoni and again we are very pleased with how this project is going.  Alan explained what he was going to do, answered questions we had, and set up plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding areas.  I’m shocked at how little dust was created!  Alan is clearly a professional and we are so happy to have him working on our house.  They are not yet finished, but I’ve been checking on the progress and I am so impressed with how this project is going that I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for everything.  From the initial meeting to the loan process to the actual work being done: we are very happy we went with Connecticut Basement Systems.  Thank you for everything!Please feel free to use us for references if future clients have any questions!Thanks so much,Katie Hagen

Brian DiRisi spent as much time with me as I needed in order to thoroughly answer all of my questions and understand the needs for my basement. He was very kind and very patient, and he always answered all of my questions as accurately as possible! He made sure that I felt comfortable with the decisions that I was making and he made sure I fully understood the products I was choosing. Brian is really an asset to the company! I met John Landry when he came to perform annual maintenance on our sump pump. John is extremely conscientious, polite, personable and a true professional. He is an asset to CT Basement Systems! John re-sealed our window well covers as well as cleaned debris that had made its way in the well. He payed close attention to every single detail of correcting the problem that we experienced. Outstanding! Extremely neat. Everything was cleaned up and left just as the area was found.
