The two employees came to my home approx. 3-4 weeks ago. If I am correct, Luke was in training and Jorge was his trainer. I can not tell you how impressed I was with Jorge, he was professional , friendly and couldn’t have done more to keep me in the loop on what he was doing. He went above and beyond my expectations especially with COIVD, being covered and sure he asked permission to enter my basement. Seldom do you find someone so compassionate and professional. As far as Luke, he too was kind and explained what he was doing the whole way through.  From a new employee perspective I think you have a great NEW employee and if he is under Jorge’ direction, you will have another great employee. I want to thank them for work well done and for being so kind while doing it. If you have the ability to provide some kind of official Company accommodation, please do,  as they are terrific at what they do

Excellent job. I am very very happy with everything! I am amazed at the water being pumped out. What a relief not to have to worry about a wet garage anymore. The crew was hard working and very courteous. Bruce was my salesman he explained everything and there was no pressure to do anything. He presented me with choices and I made my own decisions.
