The basement crew came over yesterday. There wasn't as much noise or dust as I expected. The installation went very well and I'm pleased with the work, inside and out. The guys did a great job and I will gladly recommend All Things Basement as THE solution for  water problems.      I had an electrician come over today  and he's going to install two outlets.    He was also impressed with the work of your crew.     Dealing with All Things Basement has been a pleasure, from start to finish. Mrs could not have been happier with the service tech Brendan. She said normally she is a complainer but he did such a great job that she had to let us know. We had some questions the day after the installation. A crew came up that very morning and clarified everything. Also, the portable dehumidifier was in an inconvenient spot. They moved it for us. They also rebuilt the drain system which we weren't entirely satisfied initially. Terrific!!! We were very satisfied with the end result and with your efficient and courteous crew.

After the initial introductions, I had mentioned to Bobby that I would stay out of his way so he could work. Bobby encouraged me to stay and learn about the products I had purchased. That's not something you hear every day! I learned quite a bit. Wow! Top shelf!!!

Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He answered all our questions and convinced us that this was the right decision.

Ct Basement Systems, I don’t know how to thank you, your company and your workers for the most efficient & professional work that was done & completed at my house on 5/31/12.
