We had some questions the day after the installation. A crew came up that very morning and clarified everything. Also, the portable dehumidifier was in an inconvenient spot. They moved it for us. They also rebuilt the drain system which we weren't entirely satisfied initially. Terrific!!! We were very satisfied with the end result and with your efficient and courteous crew.

After the initial introductions, I had mentioned to Bobby that I would stay out of his way so he could work. Bobby encouraged me to stay and learn about the products I had purchased. That's not something you hear every day! I learned quite a bit. Wow! Top shelf!!!

Bruce Toth went above and beyond in servicing our CT Basement System sump pump and cleaning another older, existing sump pump. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the work he had to do for us and what needed to be done to bring our current system, including old equipment up to par. He left everything just as he found it--better, in fact, since our old sump pump is now working!

I am very satisfied. I feel comfortable and relieved my basement is better to handle water. The installation crew was wonderful! The office staff were co-copertive, informative, and patient with all the questions I asked. Richard Janesky was detailed and clear in his explanations.
