Very thorough, explained the process and costs completely, including the optional add-ons. Excellent! Jack-hammering the concrete raises a lot of dust - but the guys installed plastic over itmes in the cellar and at other access points to block off other areas of the house to minimize dust infiltration. They cleared all debris and swept up as best they could - Very Satisfied!!!
