Brian DiRisi spent as much time with me as I needed in order to thoroughly answer all of my questions and understand the needs for my basement. I met John Landry when he came to perform annual maintenance on our sump pump. John is extremely conscientious, polite, personable and a true professional. He is an asset to CT Basement Systems! John re-sealed our window well covers as well as cleaned debris that had made its way in the well. He payed close attention to every single detail of correcting the problem that we experienced. Outstanding! Extremely neat. Everything was cleaned up and left just as the area was found.
