I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the crew you sent to my house. They were courteous, professional, and thoroughly competent. That ugly crawl space has been transformed and Marcio even installed the same material on the lower part of the walls in the basement itself. They didn’t have to remove the stairs so that saved me the added expense of a carpenter. So far I’m thoroughly satisfied and can’t wait to go down to the basement after the next heavy rain and not walk into a puddle of water.
