Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in North Branford, CT was getting water in their basement until they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a solution. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Steve Machnicz, went to the home to assess the issues and propose our systems as a solution. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to work on this project. They installed our WaterGuard perimeter drain system around the basement under the floors to ensure that any water coming in from the walls or floors will get collected. Then they also installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take that collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. To keep this basement moisture-free and prevent mold growth, they installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. As another layer of protection, they installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier along the whole basement walls to keep any moisture out and lead any water coming from the walls into the WaterGuard. These three products will work together to keep this basement dry. As a finishing touch, our crew installed Sandstone tile around the basement to give the basement floor a nice look! 

An East Granby, CT homeowner was getting water in their basement. They were looking for a solution and possibly new flooring, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. One of our Salesmen, Josh Kroop, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as a solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Rafael, and his team, to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. They installed our EverLast wall restoration to protect the entire basement from moisture and give it a beautiful finished look. They also installed our ElitePlank flooring in light pecan to tie the entire room together and cover up the old basement floor. 

Now this basement is waterproofed and looks beautiful too! The homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind. 

Water used to flood this basement through the hatchway on rainy days. To prevent water from entering the home, our team installed the TrenchDrain grated drain along the basement enterance. Any water passing over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to the sump pump. The homeowners can have peace of mind during rainstorms now!

The next step was for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew, to work on the installation. The crew installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter floor of the basement. This collects the water and properly drains it into the sump pump. The pump that was installed was one of our SuperSump Plus sump pumps. This will take the water that gets collected and pump it out of the home at a safe distance so that this basement will stay dry all the time!

Then they installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump in the lowest point in the basement so that any collected water will get drained into there and then pumped out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about water issues.
