Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in West Hartford, CT expressed interest in improving his basement's waterproofing abilities. In need of more protection against unwanted moisture, he reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation. 

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Mick Foster. Once Foster arrived at the home, he measured portions of the basement to best address a proper location for a sump pump system. By doing so, Foster was able to suggest ample waterproofing systems to meet the homeowner's needs. Following Foster's visit, he provided the homeowner with a proposal documenting all his suggestions.

With the proposal accepted, Foreman Chavon Bowman and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Included in Foster's proposal was our WaterGuard system, a French drain system installed below the slab to collect moisture. Complimenting this system is our CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed across the walls to protect against moisture.
