Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Riverside, CT was getting water seepage in their basement with heavy rains. An old system they had was not working properly. Eventually, it would be time for the proposed work to be installed by our Foremen, Delfino, and his crew. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement (this is below the new cement). Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to protect from moisture and help lead water into the drains. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water from the drains and safely pump it out of the home through its system. 

Now this entire basement will stay dry all the time.

When we first visited this home, water was leaking in dramatically. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a SuperSump system to remove the water. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter months.
