Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system. This product is a below the floor drainage system where water is collected and channeled from the WaterGuard to a sump pump where it will be discharged away from the home. The system is concealed with cement which you can see around the perimeter of the wall in the after photo. To control the moisture problem, CleanSpace Liner was installed on the walls. This moisture barrier is a durable, bright white liner that prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. The dynamic of these waterproofing products will provide a dry and healthier basement. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation of his basements and how well the waterproofing products work. Now, this Greenwich homeowner can enjoy a dry and welcoming basement!
