This drainage system leads to a TripleSafe Sump Pump, which has two different pumps, AND a backup battery, so you never have to worry about your basement flooding during a serious storm. We also went ahead and installed a Lawnscape and Iceguard, which prevent any back ups in the sump pump system.

The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system. This product is a below the floor drainage system where water is collected and channeled from the WaterGuard to a sump pump where it will be discharged away from the home. The system is concealed with cement which you can see around the perimeter of the wall in the after photo. To control the moisture problem, CleanSpace Liner was installed on the walls. This moisture barrier is a durable, bright white liner that prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. The dynamic of these waterproofing products will provide a dry and healthier basement.
