Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Soon after, it was time for one of our Foremen, Cisco, and his team to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed to safely pump out all of the collected water seepage. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect the space from moisture and mold. Finally, our Sedona dehumidifier will eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth as well.

They installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the basement's perimeter and added a half wall of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to guide water into the drains. A TripleSafe sump pump was also set up, featuring a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery backup capable of handling up to 11,500 gallons of water.
