The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system along with a CleanSpace liner. The WaterGuard system will collect water internally and channel it to the sump pump system. The CleanSpace liner was installed on the walls to prevent air and moisture from leaking through the walls. Not only is this liner practical, but it gives a clean, fresh look to the area. This is exactly what the homeowner wanted and was pleased with the results.
In this basement we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump; our most reliable Sump system, with 3 levels of protection. We also installed Waterguard to drain water to the sump pump. And to finish it off we install CleanSpace to give the walls a more attractive appearance.
