Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before, this Hebron, CT basement had been damaged from moisture leaking in through its old basement walls. After, Connecticut Basement Systems Foreman Marcial Lopez installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to the walls, which brightens up the basement walls and prevents moisture from entering the basement from outside. A Trench Drain was also installed around the water heater to help rid the basement of moisture resulting from condensation. Now, the homeowner can rest easy knowing that his basement is protected from water leaks and excess moisture.

This homeowner in Andover, CT was struggling with water in their basement. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution for their water problem. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, went out to the home to see what was going on. He then proposed a proper solution for the issue. 

This job would be best for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew. They would begin by installing a perimeter WaterGuard drainage system. This would go below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. This would then get drained into the TripleSafe sump pump that they installed. Then the TripleSafe would pump out all that water through a discharge line at a safe distance from the home. This means no more water in the basement and the customer is happy with the results!
