Basement Finishing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Suffield was looking to finish their entire basement and turn it into a beautiful living space. They called our Total Basement Finishing team to have us install the basement of their dreams. One of our Sales Consultants, Jason Waldek, met with the homeowners to discuss what they wanted to have done and which of our products they would want installed. 

One of our Project Managers, Julie Marra, would then ensure this project was ready to go and that everything would run smoothly throughout the installation. She assigned this job to one of our Foremen, Shondee Blake, and his crew. They installed our EverLast perimeter wall system and our ThermalDry Elite plank floor in walnut. These products are both made of inorganic materials so no mold can grow and it won't be affected by moisture. The crew also installed new doors and drop ceilings. This basement truly went from basement to beautiful and these homeowners can now fully enjoy their whole space. 

A homeowner in Middletown, CT was looking to get their basement finished and turned into a liveable space. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have our Total Basement Finishing team turn their dreams into a reality. After scheduling an appointment, it would soon be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, to meet with the homeowner to develop a plan for their wants and needs for the basement. Once a design was proposed, it would be passed on to one of our Project Managers, Dan Medina, to be approved as a plan. Dan assigned this job to one of our Foremen, Shondee Blake, and his crew. 

Then it would be time for the crew to start on this project. They installed our EverLast perimeter wall system. It is insulated so that the temperature in the basement will stay protected. They also installed Elite Plank flooring in light pecan. They installed new doors and trim to complete the full look of the space. The customer wanted cabinets/counter space in the back of the room that they also installed. They closed off part of the room to make it a bathroom, where they installed sandstone tile. Now this space is finished and the customer was thrilled with the results. They have a great space that they can use for their needs! 

A homeowner in Middletown, CT, was looking to install a proper egress window in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems, and our Salesman Doug Wheeler proposed our beautiful RockWell Egress window well. 

Soon after, it would be time for the installation to be completed by Jacob and his crew. After digging a trench for the installation, the foundation wall was cut perfectly to frame the window. Once the window was installed, they put in the RockWell egress in a tan shade to help blend in with the surroundings. After it was completely in and the cover was on, the RockWell was complete. 

Now the homeowner has a beautiful proper emergency exit for their basement, bringing natural light and serving as a safety feature for the home. 

This Enfield, CT basement was originally used for storage. The homeowner wanted to transform her basement into a usable, inviting space that everyone can enjoy. She did her research and decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems for a free estimate of a finished basement.  

Taz Petersen was the Sales Representative who arrived at the home the day of the appointment. He went over the many different floor, wall and ceiling options the homeowner had to finish her basement. After a plan was set, the homeowner wanted to move forward with the installation process. 

Richard Sodins and his production team installed the products proficiently and efficiently. Gray ThermalDry Sandstone flooring was installed to ensure warm and waterproof floors. EverLast walls not only gave the basement a huge upgrade, but they are fully insulated which means it will always be comfortable to enjoy. Linen Ceiling tiles were installed to give the basement a real finished look. We were also able to install a closet (as seen in the after photo) for additional storage. 

Once the entire project was finished, the transformation of the basement was incredible! The homeowner was impressed with all the products and what a difference her basement looked. Now, she can enjoy her basement in a comfortable and enjoyable area for years to come.
