Your visit to review our problem was on time and the suggestions made and explained made sense to me. We did have two other quotes. One was made after only a cursory look and I do not believe it would have worked. The other was made after a thorough inspection and was similar to yours, but recommended more coverage than you or I felt necessary. The work was scheduled and your team arrived on time and got the job done promptly and cleaned up well. When electrical work included in your quote remained undone and I suggested that I have it done along with unrelated work in the basement, your representative agreed and suggested a refund that I considered reasonable.
