We write to commend your workers. The stabilization of our home required 15 piers, only 4 of which were outside. Of the remaining 11, 3 were inside where men could stand upright and 8 were in a crawl space less than 3 ½ feet high. The job lasted from September 20th  through September 27th.  You may recall the weather during that period. It was unseasonably hot and humid. The digging of every hole required brutal, dirt, sweaty work, especially in an airless crawl space. Your employees were impressive in accomplishing this task. The installation of the piers was performed with equal dedication and we commend especially Victor who was extraordinary in our opinion. Not only did he work hard and skillfully, he kept us fully informed as the work proceeded. It was a pleasure to shake his hand at the conclusion of the project.  We wanted to shake Jose’s hand as well but he and his crew had to leave while we were inside doing the necessary paperwork. He and his crew deserve praise as well, and Jose too kept us well informed during the work. Starting with Matt Kraus, we thank you, your company, and especially those employees who came to our home. Everyone treated us with courtesy and our house was respected. We believe you all saved our house. Thank you, Peter and Shirley McFadden
