CT Basement installed a dehumidifier and waterproof flooring in our basement in Essex. The crew, led by Krzys, was careful and thorough.The flooring looks great. We had a small issue with removal of some previous carpeting, which was promised but could not be done after all. Mike McCarty, sales manager, was very helpful in resolving this issue to our satisfaction.

Jorge Rodriguez came to perform annual maintenance on my system, found that I needed a new sump pump, installed it, and cleaned up beautifully. Great man and good service. I always appreciate professionalism of staff.
