I wanted to thank you for the waterproofing services your company performed to our basement.  We contacted Connecticut Basement Systems and were comfortable the moment we met your specialist.  He took the time to thoroughly inspect the basement, listen to our questions and concerns and walk us through the entire waterproofing process.  Following his inspection and presentation we agreed to complete the project.  We opted to finance a portion of the project and by the time he left our house that day, we received a copy of the written estimate, knew the scheduled start date for the project and monthly payments to finance the project.  Your specialist was always available to answer all my questions before the work was completed.  Your crew was both polite and efficient.  Since the project has been completed we have noticed there is no longer a strong damp odor from the basement and the humidity throughout the basement is now normal.
