Attention Scott, I purposely held off writing you this note because it's been so dry and I wanted to see what would happen in a heavy rain. We did finally get an overnight downpour and I was happy to see my cellar dry as a bone.  I am really pleased with the job the crew did. They were in and out sooner than I expected and left the cellar clean. A+! The experience with the call center, salesperson, and install crew was fantastic! Matt was at my house the next day, and Sergio and Justin were wonderful! I see your commercials quite often. We had some issues with sagging floors in our 200 year old home.. Matt came out and came up with a game plan.. Sergio and Justin came out and put the plan in action and they did an incredible job! Friendly, kind, put me at ease. Sergio and Justin were so professional and knew exactly what they were doing customizing the job in order to accommodate the repair. I can not say enough great things about Ct. Basement System!

I wanted to thank you for the waterproofing services your company performed to our basement.  We contacted Connecticut Basement Systems and were comfortable the moment we met your specialist.  He took the time to thoroughly inspect the basement, listen to our questions and concerns and walk us through the entire waterproofing process.  Following his inspection and presentation we agreed to complete the project.  We opted to finance a portion of the project and by the time he left our house that day, we received a copy of the written estimate, knew the scheduled start date for the project and monthly payments to finance the project.  Your specialist was always available to answer all my questions before the work was completed.  Your crew was both polite and efficient.  Since the project has been completed we have noticed there is no longer a strong damp odor from the basement and the humidity throughout the basement is now normal. The basement is TRULY DRY!  Your specialist should be commended for his hard work in providing exceptional customer service.  I will be glad to promote Connecticut Basement Systems to anyone with waterproofing issues.
