A homeowner in Redding, CT was getting water seepage in their crawlspace, so they called us to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a permanent solution.
One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of drainage matting to ensure no moisture is getting in this crawlspace. They also installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump to take any water coming in and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They installed a Sedona dehumidifier as well to eliminate moisture and mold growth. The walls were also insulated with our SilverGlo panels. Now this space is a dry and healthy space!
When we arrived at this crawlspace, it was humid and leaky, and there were puddles of water on the ground. To stop groundwater from seeping into this home, we encapsulated the crawlspace with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a very durable liner that water cannnot pass though. This crawlspace is now dry, and will remain so for years to come!
This crawlspace used to be a major contributor to the high energy bills in this Westport, CT home. Unconditioned air would leak into the crawlspace and then up through the house. We insulated the space with our SilverGlo rigid foam insualtion. SilverGlo combines highly effective graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface, and seals walls from outside moisture and humidity. We were able to make this home more comfortable and save the owners money by insulating the crawlspace!
This Westport, CT crawlspace used to be drafty, wet, and humid. To keep it dry, our team encapsulated it with the CleanSpace liner. This home in Westport, CT had an old sump pump that was in desperate need of replacing. Kryz and his team went ahead, and installed a brand new, Triplesafe Sump Pump system into the family's home. This system has two pumps and a back up battery, so you never have to worry about high pumping demands, which often can burn out single pump systems. With this new system, the home will be equipped with all of its pumping needs for years to come, and the family residing in it will no longer have to worry about their old pump failing!
