A homeowner in New Fairfield, CT, was experiencing water seepage in their basement. They called Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a permanent solution. We sent one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing solution.
One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his crew installed the waterproofing job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump to collect the water and pump it safely out of the home. Then, our other Foremen, David Jadan, and his crew installed our 1/2 wall of EverLast wall panels and Elite Plank flooring in light pecan to finish off the space.
Now, this basement is waterproofed and has new floors, making the space look as good as new and unprotected!
In cold climates, winter winds will beat against your basement windows, rapidly pulling heat away from your home. The cold wind can lead to serious energy losses, especially if you have single-paned steel windows. By installing a basement window well with a clear plastic cover, you can hold back those cold winds, protecting your windows and saving you energy.
