A homeowner in Ridgefield had sagging floors in their home and needed a permanent solution to support their home, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find that solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinic, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them will a proposal for work that they would need to have done. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, would install this job. They installed our SmartJacks throughout their basement. When tightened to a certain pressure, these will support the sagging floors above. They will keep this house stable and sturdy for the long term. Our crew will also come out again and tighten these over time to ensure the floors become completely level. Now this homeowner has peace of mind knowing their home is supported. 

A homeowner in Ridgefield, CT was getting water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Then, one of our Foremen, Chavon Bowman, and his crew installed this entire project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or floor. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This replaced an old sump pump that was not working properly to eliminate any water from the basement. Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time. 

Here, we have a wet crawl space in New Fairfield, CT. Adding our Crawl Space Liner to the crawl space as well as a Super Sump Pump wil prevent any future water damage from occuring!

Every time it rained, water used to seep through this basement doorway. The owners of this home tried to stop the flow, but weren't able to solve the problem. We installed TrenchDrain grated drainage system across the doorway. The TrenchDrain stops any water that flows across it before it gets to the basement, and redirects that water to a sump pump system. The owners of this home never have to worry about water leaking into their home through this doorway again, even during heavy rainstorms!
