Just wanted to write and let you know what a great job Tony DiLonardo did at my house today checking my systems, swapping out some pipe and replacing a check valve. Tony was patient in hearing my concerns and there was no sales pressure, just the presentation of a confident technician that clearly had my best interests in mind. As a person who runs his own business, I know that we often hear considerably more negative comments than positive. In all fairness we also need to hear more positive comments, as long as they are genuine and sincere.
