Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Bloomfield, CT had old, rotten support posts in their crawlspace. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a new solution. One of our Salesmen, Thomas Woods, visited the home to assess the old supports and our SmartJack solution. 

Then it would be time for Victor and his crew to install this job. They removed the old, rotten support post and replaced it with one of our SmartJack crawlspace support posts for a permanent solution. 

Now the homeowner no longer needs to worry about rotten wood supports in their crawlspace. 

A customer in Portland, CT had sagging floors and wanted a permanent solution. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent out our Salesmen, Bill Caple, to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a solution with our foundation repair systems. 

One of our Foremen, Victor Alves, and his crew installed this job. They installed our SmartJack system. These SmartJacks are installed to support the floor above and stabilize it. The crew installed 6 throughout the basement to stabilize and support the entire floor above. These galvanized steel jacks gest tightened to a specific pressure to ensure stability. They can also be tightened over time if need be. Now the floors are level and the house is stabilized from below! 

A homeowner in Madison, CT, had old supports in their crawlspace that needed to be replaced, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a new, permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Matt Kraus, visited the home to assess the supports and propose our SmartJack support solution. 
Shortly after, our Foreman, Victor, and his crew installed the job. They replaced the old supports with our new SmartJack, which is made of galvanized steel and provides a permanent solution to ensure complete stabilization.

After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, went out to the home to assess the issues. He informed the homeowner that our team would need to install SmartJacks in the crawl space in order to stabilize the floors. 

Then it was time for one of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott to do the installation. First, they installed the supplemental beams and then dug into the ground to fit in each SmarJack footing. Then they fully installed 9 SmartJacks, spacing them out under the beams. Once these were tight in place, the floor would become stabilized and there would be no sagging. This homeowner is happy with the results knowing their house is going to stay stable.

One of our Sales Consultants, Tim Kane, visited the home to assess their foundation and propose a solution that would give the homeowner peace of mind! 

Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott to install the CarbonArmor strips. These carbon fiber strips are epoxied to the wall to strengthen and stabilize the bowing of the foundation. These carbon fibers are 10 times stronger than steel and easily installed, so this is a quick and permanent solution to stabilize and reinforce this wall! Now this homeowner has peace of mind of their basement walls!
