Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space was extremely damp and in need of major improvement! We installed our clean space liner to prevent water damage within the crawl space as well as put in our Super Sump Pump as well as a dehuidifier to prevent any further water damage.

A homeowner in Hamden, CT, was dealing with moisture and mold issues in their crawlspace. They called us at Connecticut Basement System in search of a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Dean Artusa, visited the home to assess the crawl space and propose our encapsulation system. 

Shortly after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Antonio, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our Drainage Matting and Terrablock insulation on top of the floor. Then they put our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of it. This will ensure the space is protected from the ground up and properly insulated. Now this crawlspace is protected from moisture, mold, and mildew thanks to our encapsulation system. The homeowner can live with peace of mind! 

With this crawl space we used our Cleanspace liner to create a clean, dry space. We then installed our Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier specifically designed for crawl spaces.
