We are very pleased with our experience using Basement Systems for the water problems we had in our home. The initial visitation supplied us with a proposal to remedy the situations (2 different locations) which we were most happy with. The actual work was done in a most efficient manner and up to date, we are satisfied with the results. The remedies were completed last summer, and we have no problems as yet. We are waiting until the spring rains are finished to determine if the solutions provided are finally solving our problems.
