Our experience with CT Basement Systems from the start was very comfortable. The sales rep, Mr. Gibson, made us feel at ease with our decision. In no way did he apply pressure to get the contract. His presentation was excellent, and he showed us each step of the way on his computer. As for your workers, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard. They finished the job in one day, as stated. They cleaned up everything when they were finished, and before they left, explained everything to us. We are very satisfied with the job CT Basement performed. Everyone I spoke with at the office was very professional and polite. I thought the price we paid for this job was very fair. Now, I'm waiting to see if this works!! Where's the rain????

Two years ago, we hired Basement Systems. A friend told us about them. We were happy with their presentation and recommendation. We've had water in our basement for many years and we want to get rid of it. Plus we thought somewhere down the road we'd put our house up for sale, which is now and we want to make sure it was dry. We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.
