No words are sufficient to express my happiness with the work you did at my home when you installed the Full Perimeter WaterGuard System, TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Air System. Since then, our neighborhood has had two "freak" floods when a culvert overflowed and sent a river roaring down the hillside between my home and the one next door. Water came right to my cellar hatchway, as well as to the basement windows on the furnace side, but all remained dry. The following day, hoses protruded from every house in our cul de sac, as well as down the side street---except for my house! Next door neighbors, who had a different system installed about a year ago, had water to their knees, but they graciously came to offer me a hand in getting mine pumped out. Connecticut Basement Systems installed a trench drain and sump pump in my garage to resolve an issue I was having with rain water entering the garage. Their quote was much lower than a competitors bid and they did the job as expected. There were no surprises. They scheduled the service, commnicated in advance to ensure I was aware they were coming and did quality work. The crew was professional and clean considering they had to break the concrete to install the drain. I am pleased with the work and would recommend them to others.

My meeting with Rick Raucci was very pleasant and professional.  He explained the pump features that I was looking for. I signed a contract to install a new  pump and will have more feedback when the work is completed.

I am happy to say I have never worked with a group of professionals as outstanding as Mike McCarty and Roberto Macedo from Connecticut Basement Systems. Roberto Macedo showed up (at 7am!) every day, and worked diligently to make sure all the plans were followed, and the construction was completed to my satisfaction. A project that was estimated to take about two weeks, took five days. Each day, he made sure the work area was clean and safe. His workmanship was incredible. Instead of using a costly custom cabinet door, Roberto made a beautiful box to cover some pipes. Each detail of the trim was perfect. I am truly impressed.
