We first installed our TrenchDrain along the entrance of the basement, to prevent any water coming in from the stairs from causing any damage. We then installed our WaterGuard and SuperSump, two products that work amazingly together. The WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the inside rim of the basement, and captures water before bringing it over to the SuperSump, which is designed for high-volume pumping. Once the basement was completely waterproofed, we went ahead and installed our ThermalDry Floor Tiles in the beautiful shade of Canyon Beige, so their basement could stay dry, while still looking attractive!

We installed a WaterGuard System, around the perimeter of the basement to collect water internally. The water is then channeled to a sump pump where it is discharged away from the home. CleanSpace liner was installed on the bottom half of the wall to prevent water or air seepage.
