Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Berlin, CT, was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Salesmen, Bret Citrin, visited the home to assess the issues and propose our waterproofing solution. 

Shortly after, our Foreman, Al, and his crew installed this entire job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter, to capture the water seepage. Then our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed in place of an old, unused pump to safely pump the captured water seepage out. Our Sedona dehumidifier was put in to eliminate excess moisture and overall prevent mold growth.

Now this basement is completely dry, and the homeowner is left with peace of mind. 

Here we installed a Trenchdrain, Waterguard, and Triple Safe sump pump to remove water from the basement. To fix the water damages walls we put in Cleanspace walls to prevent any further damage. We also added an Iceguard system to prevent freezing during the long New England winters.

To fix this basements water problem we installed a Waterguard system as well as a SuperSump Pump to remove the water out and away from the basement.

Before we arrived at this basement, there was a huge crack on the wall which caused water to seep through.
