Soon after it would be time for one of our Foremen, Chavon Bowman, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming into the basement. then they installed out SuperSump Plus sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out fo the home at a safe distance. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was also installed on half of the wall. With these systems, this basement will now stay dry when it rains!

In this basement, water was backing up due to the old sump pump failing and not being able to handle the water coming in from the snow. The discharge line was held up by peices of string, and was too small. We were called and installed our Triplesafe sump pump. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about water backing up. If there is too much water for the first pump to handle then the second pump works at the same time from another discharge line. In addition what is great about the Triplesafe sump pump, is in the bad luck of a power outtage a battery pack and third pump take over, and can pump up to 12,000 gallons.
