Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Bristol, CT was getting water seepage in their basement and needed a solution so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with an estimate for work to be done. 

One of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew would tackle the installation of this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will work together to keep this basement dry! 

A homeowner in Bristol, CT wanted to make a change to his floor. Not thrilled with the look of his old laminate tile flooring, he wanted to make a change to something more appealing. This East Hartland basement was dirty, let in a lot of moisture, and was an unhealthy environment. This was not what the homeowner had wanted and desired a basement that was clean and healthy. She did her research and decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems to help find her a solution.

The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system, a CleanSpace liner, and a Sanidry Sedona. The WaterGuard system will collect water from any wall leaks before it even enters the basement and brings it to a sump pump that will properly discharge the water away from the area. A CleanSpace liner will prevent any moisture from seeping through the walls or floors. Lastly, the Sanidry Sedona will keep humidity low ensuring that air quality is at its best.
