This home in Westport, CT had an old sump pump that was in desperate need of replacing. Its discharge lines were getting clogged, and there was a decent amount of wear and tear simply just from being installed for so long. They gave us a call at Connecticut Basement Systems, and we were ready to fix their problem! 

Our System Design Specialist, Leonard Fletcher, came into the home and immediately diagnosed the problem. Their sump pump was old, the lines were clogged, and it was time to get it replaced. He called on our expert foreman, Kryz Wilk, to come in, and get a new pump installed! 

Kryz and his team went ahead, and installed a brand new, Triplesafe Sump Pump system into the family's home. This system has two pumps and a back up battery, so you never have to worry about high pumping demands, which often can burn out single pump systems. With this new system, the home will be equipped with all of its pumping needs for years to come, and the family residing in it will no longer have to worry about their old pump failing!

We sent out our expert foreman, Kryz Wilk, and his team in to get the work done! They first installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a three pump system that ensures dryness throughout your basement. Pump one is a heavy-duty, 1/3HP Zoeller pump that easily handles normal pumping volume -up to 2600 gal. per hour. Pump 2 is even more powerful (1/2HP) than Pump 1, turning on if it fails. It also includes a backup battery, totaling to an 11,000 gallon per hour pumping ability. We then went ahead and installed a Lawnscape, Iceguard, and Sanidry to further waterproof the home.
