Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Rick Raucci. Raucci took notes on the homeowner's basement, sketching drawings of the space and adding specific measurements. Once complete, he provided a proposal documenting solutions in line with the homeowner's concerns. Through the installation of our WaterGuard French drain system, the homeowner would be protected against moisture along the walls. With the proposal accepted, Foreman Vic Varela and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Installing the WaterGuard system requires minimal removal of the slab around the perimeter, which is later covered again with fresh concrete. Following the quick install, the homeowner expressed much more confidence in her basement's waterproofing abilities!
